How to read this figure

Method

operators[line, cut] = number of distinct pseudonymous keys with at least one row in that line; organic total = number of distinct keys in the list

Limitations

The lab assigns the line of production from each row's scope and category, using a published correspondence table. An operator with rows in several lines counts in each of them and once in the organic total. Two operators are told apart by their normalised name, without tax number. Lists from different cuts do not cover the same set of certification entities, so their figures are not subtracted from each other. In the 2024 cut, a row with no scope stated and a category that names no line counts in the organic total and in no line: the lab does not assign it the line of its category or that of other rows of the same operator. The «Producción» part of the scope, unqualified, names no line and is ignored; the row takes the lines of its other parts.

Confidentiality

The list is published with each operator's name, so counting its rows reveals nothing the list does not show and the count does not go through the confidentiality barrier. No name or tax number leaves the system: each operator is counted by a pseudonymous key. Tables the lab builds by crossing attributes of each operator (number of lines, pairs of lines, entries and exits) do go through the barrier, with a minimum of five operators per cell.

Revision policy

A new cut of the list is a separate series. If SAG replaces the document of a cut, the new figure replaces the previous one, keeping its history.
